after hours of testing & preparations i've compiled the "bootloader" for pyinstaller 3.3.1
this allows to use it on mips based linux (tested on debian 9 mips)

you need to install pyinstaller over pip normally (v3.3.1!) and then replace binarys in this folder
/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/PyInstaller/bootloader/Linux-32bit
